Essential Oil Breathe Easy Blend

Used in an essential oil diffuser or in steam inhalations, Breathe Easy essential oil is excellent for the relief of coughs and congestion due to colds, hay fever and more.

It is a strong, anti-infectious and head-clearing blend of pure essential oils.

Serves to relieve respiratory and nasal congestion.

Its strong anti-infectious qualities help to kill bacteria and viruses causing an infection.

Diffused into room environments, it will help to purify the air, killing disease-causing bacteria, moulds and viruses.

Directions for use: 

Add 5-10 drops to an essential oil diffuser, as desired and diffuse into a room environment.

Two or three drops can be applied to facial tissue and inhaled as desired.

Additional:

For use on the body, Enlighten Blend can be used to create a massage oil blend. Use from 8 to 16 drops (about 2.5% to 5%) added to 10mL of a good quality vegetable oil.

The massage oil can be used with massage application, to the whole body or selected areas. This massage blend can also be self-applied, best applied to the abdomen and the heart area.

For a uplifting bath, fill the bath and then add 5 to 8 drops of Enlighten Blend to the bath water. Mix the surface of the water with your hand to make sure it is dispersed.

The essential oils in the bath will penetrate the skin to some degree and the warm bath water helps to evaporate some of the essential oil to release their aroma.

Alternatively, you can mix in 5 to 8 drops of the Enlighten Blend to 1 or 2mL of a good quality vegetable oil (such as Apricot Oil) first and then mix into the bath water.
